It’s Raining Denims this monsoon!!

I am currently loving the whole Denim / Chambray trend.. Chambray is a lighter version of denim and extremely summer friendly fabric usually light blue in color. You will mostly see chambray dresses / shirts.  Denim is slightly thicker and usually darker blue mostly for jeans / shorts / jackets.
If you haven’t noticed the trend yet then you probably living under the rock. It’s raining Denim everywhere & ofcourse it’s not limited to your sad old pair of jeans. Denim Shorts, shirts, jackets and dresses.. I am particularly in love with 2 trends at the moment one is the Denim / Chambray Dress and the other one is the Denim jacket on a summery dress trend. Both are great for summers / monsoons.
From a traditional office appropriate button down denim dress to a sexy strapless lighter chambray dress, there is a style for each one of you.. Just pick up the one you are most comfortable in. There is something extremely cool at the same time chic about a denim dress.. Don’t u think so??
I recently bought a sexy denim romper for myself from ONLY.. Just perfect for the weather in my city.

The other trend that I saw and took notice was while watching Yeh Jawani hai Deewani.. Oh yeah I see movies with an additional scanner and scout for inspirations.. Deepika’s style was simple understated and pretty inspiring. I loved the denim jacket on a cute summer dress thingy.. Very summery and extremely refreshing.. What do u think.. I like & I m gonna try fosho.

  1. Denim is so classy… though it’s traditionally supposed to be casual. Btw, have you tried Denim in traditional avatar? Like a Denim full length (till the knee) kurti and white churidaars… I recently tried it… keeping the entire look fuss-free – denim kurti, white churidaar, silver big-dialed watch, pale pink silverish ballerinas and a blingy neckpiece. That was the highlight of the entire outfit. And believe you me, compliments rained on me at work that day!
