Like I always insist that every person must try and find his / her passion. Lack of passion in life is truly a grave issue in our society. People find it extremely challenging. Some spend their whole life in search of that “one passion” that we think will bring us fulfilment. Generally the concept is based around career. A passion is far deeper than the materialistic satisfaction, its that drive inside us that sparks the feeling that is far too great to be restricted by words. The thought of it fills you with emotions you have never experienced, keeps you up at night & wakes you up in the morning. It guides you over hurdles, inspires you , picks you up when you fall & becomes the air you breathe.

However, one thing that I have learnt is that no one who is passionate in life is passionate about just one thing.I for instance am passionate about a lot of things therefore I try delving in many activities. I didn’t just wake up one day knowing Blogging will be my career and began being passionate about it nor does it happen with people who are really successful in their professions. Finding Passion and purpose in your life is trial – by – fire process. You don’t just wake up one day and become happy by doing one thing forever & ever. Its a constant work – in progress. You have to try something, pay attention to how it feels, probably fail too , Adjust & try again. What I am trying to say is that if you do not practice being passionate in all the other areas of your life, then how will you discover your true potential?

A true passion doesn’t just appear bright & strong one day, it evolves over time.

Why am I talking to you about this is cos off late I am experiencing some amazing & inspiring things around me. Some of my closest friends are showing to me what Passion truly means. Some know what they want and are going for it. Some are just trying out things they have wanted to do & learning about them. Needless to say that there are challenges related to lack of skills, knowledge, experience, someone to guide you but is it stopping them in anyway? Hell, NO. The best part is that I see them trying and that to me is the biggest achievement in life. We dream of a lot of things but are either scared to try them out for the fear of failing or are too complacent in our lives to bring about any change. I say trying is the first step at getting closer to finding your Passion. You may not have the requisite skills or knowledge or you may have accidentally ventured into it but who knows being a dilettante might just land you near the Pot of Gold!

So these pics were taken by one of my friend who wanted to try his hands at Photography & wanted me to be his subject. Now I am always the one to support my friends in their endeavours. I think they came out pretty decent coming from a complete novice. Either I am too good or he just found his passion.. wink wink.
